Cold Heading Header Technology
Our facility houses modern double-stroke cold formers capable of manufacturing solid, semi-tubular, and shoulder rivets at rapid high volumes with perfect structural uniformity. Cold forming compresses the grain flow of metals, resulting in a rivet that is structurally stronger than machined alternatives.

Precision Wire Drawing & Annealing
We draw wires using high-lubrication diamond and tungsten carbide dies, controlling elongation, hardness, and finish. Controlled atmosphere vacuum annealing furnaces allow us to supply wires from dead-soft copper up to high-temper spring steels, matching client ductility needs.
